• Grows and sustains profitable sales by meeting sales plans
• Implements field strategy to achieve direct selling excellence
• Effectively recruits, trains and motivates independent sales representatives, helping them achieve personal and company goals
• Provides strong leadership in across territories that can generate over $2 million a year in sales

 

• At least three years related experience (cold calling/ recruiting essential) needed
• Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating) necessary
• High level of business acumen needed in B2B
• Self-motivated and able to recognize opportunities as they arise
• A passion for sales and motivating salespeople
• Marketing experience a plus
• College coursework/degree preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
