• Grows and sustains profitable sales though web presence initiatives
• Implements CRM solution to support our direct selling organization
• Effectively recruits, mentors, trains and motivates team members, helping them achieve challenging goals
• Provides strong leadership

 

• At least two years related experience
• Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating) necessary
• High level of business acumen needed in B2B
• Self-motivated and able to recognize opportunities as they arise
• A passion for supporting a sales organization
• Marketing experience a plus
• College degree, masters preferred
• Experience in rolling out Internet and back office projects
• Strong communication skills both in writing and in verbal presentation
• MS Office
• CRM
• PMP preferred
