• Effectively recruits, independent sales representatives and managers and support them, helping them achieve personal and company goals
• Facilitates sustainable profitable sales by acquiring talent that fits our entrepreneurial culture
• Provides strong leadership in addressing issues as and even before they arrive with a proactive management style

 

• At least two years related experience
• Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching, motivating) necessary
• High level of business acumen needed
• Self-motivated and able to recognize opportunities as they arise
• A passion for supporting a sales organization
• College coursework/degree preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
