Facilities Manger

Job Description 

Today, we find ourselves looking forward to an even brighter tomorrow. To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a passionate, experienced facilities manager who seeks a challenging and rewarding opportunity demonstrating cost saving procedures to other facilities manager in our outreach program.
  • Effectively communicates and builds relationships with property owners, property managers and executives
  • Provides expertise as learned from our training program and from other current resources
  • Takes initiative to seize opportunities to win business and save clients money
 


Job Requirements 

  • At least two years related experience
  • Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching) necessary
  • High level of business acumen needed in B2B
  • Self-motivated and able to recognize opportunities as they arise
  • A passion for the commercial real estate space
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills both in writing and in verbal presentation
  • MS Office
