Facilities Manger

To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a passionate, experienced facilities manager who seeks a challenging and rewarding opportunity demonstrating cost saving procedures to other facilities manager in our outreach program.
- Effectively communicates and builds relationships with property owners, property managers and executives
- Provides expertise as learned from our training program and from other current resources
- Takes initiative to seize opportunities to win business and save clients money
Job Requirements
- At least two years related experience
- Excellent leadership skills (mentoring, coaching) necessary
- High level of business acumen needed in B2B
- Self-motivated and able to recognize opportunities as they arise
- A passion for the commercial real estate space
- Marketing experience a plus
- College degree preferred
- Strong communication skills both in writing and in verbal presentation
